Co-directors Marlene Breger-Joyce and Diana Sutton have over 40 years combined experience in childcare, child development, and education. In addition to their vast experience in childcare direction and teacher supervision, they recently designed a now-thriving infant/toddler center in the Asheville area.

Marlene Breger-Joyce has a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a master's degree in special education from the University of South Carolina. She holds a Ph.D. from Duke University where she majored in learning disabilities and school psychology. She has worked with children of all ages, stages, and abilities, and has supervised and trained teachers in several different educational settings. She has also provided parent education and college level instruction on topics ranging from attention deficit disorders to interpersonal psychology.

Diana Sutton earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and has spent over a decade of her professional life becoming an expert in the field of childcare licensure and management.

All of their experience and knowledge come together in the creation of this early childhood development center--offering a level of expertise and professionalism unparalleled in the Asheville area.
